ACCESS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
The organisers notify that:
• assistance for people with disabilities will be provided locally by Unitalsi Emilia Romagna through dozens of its volunteers and adequate means to help people with disabilities move around on site.
• access to a dedicated area will be reserved for applicants who have received confirmation of their seat, tickets, parking QR code and information from Mani Amiche Onlus, the organisation which has managed bookings for this area starting from the date of the event going on sale (7th February 2025 at 11:00 am).
• the dedicated car park and area for people with disabilities who made their reservation through the organisation Mani Amiche Onlus will open at 5 pm on the day of the event. Companions of ambulant persons may not access the reserved area (unless a disabled person’s need for constant assistance has been established previously) and are required to stand close to the reserved area, so as not to occupy spaces intended for wheelchairs or people with mobility issues.
• any people with acknowledged disabilities who have purchased their tickets independently and not through Mani Amiche Onlus are requested to contact Mani Amiche as soon as possible to receive adequate support.

PARKINGS
During the concert, as per the map published below, several parking spaces have been created in unguarded areas, both public and private.
The parking spaces will be accessible from 7:00am on Sunday 20 July
Daily fee:

Among those indicated in the map, only some public parking are bookable and purchased online

For people with disabilities NOT ACCREDITED through Mani Amiche Onlus, but in possession of a parking card for people with disabilities, special parking slots are available in Piazzale Leonardo da Vinci (see map). Free access is also granted to other public car parks indicated on the map – subject to availability.

* People with disabilities ALREADY ACCREDITED through Mani Amiche Onlus will be sent all the information necessary for access to the event venue and to a dedicated car park nearby (which is NOT the one in Piazzale Leonardo da Vinci) to the email address used for their reservation.

Imola train station is far only 1500 meters from the main entrance of the racetrack (viale Dante); it takes only 20/25 minutes by foot.
No shuttle connection will be set up between the train station and the racetrack
