This event, probably the most important food and wine happening for the area of Imola, mixes the eating and drinking cultures with those of art.
The entire town is called upon to participate in this event: restaurants prepare menus connected to the theme of that year and the shops of the historical centre decorate their shop windows also according to the theme of the Baccanale.
Exhibitions, theatre shows, concerts, meetings, markets and various tasting stands liven up the streets of the town.
